Sublime Text is extremely lightweight and because of that, It is one of the favorite text editors among developers.

10 Sublime Shortcuts for Developer
1) Ctrl + Shift + D: To Duplicate line(s)
When a developer wants to get multiple values after a form submission(Using POST/REQUEST) at that time generally he/she will copy and paste the code and change the variable name. In this case, a developer can use Ctrl + Shift + D to duplicate line(s) and after that, he/she can change the variable name. It will be faster than Copy + Paste. Even a developer can use this shortcut to duplicate multiple lines of code.
2) Ctrl + Shift + K: To Delete current line
In many cases, developer required to delete the current line. At that time he/she can use Ctrl + Shift + K to delete current line. It will be easier than deleting the line after selecting it.
3) Ctrl + L: To Select current line. Repeat it to select next lines
If you want to select current line then you can use this shortcut. You can repeat it to select next lines. If you want to duplicate multiple lines then first use this shortcut to select multiple lines and then use the shortcut (Ctrl + Shift + D) to duplicate it.
4) Ctrl + Shift + M: To Select all contents of the current parentheses
Many times it is required for a developer to select all contents of the function/current parentheses. You can use this shortcut to select all contents of the current parentheses.
5) Ctrl + M: Go to matching parentheses
Because of large code, many times developer cannot find the ending parentheses of a function or a condition. This shortcut will show you the matching (Starting/Ending) parentheses.
6) Ctrl + P: To open files by name quickly
This is one of the best shortcuts if you want to open a file very quickly. Press Esc to close this quick search.
As shown in above screenshot if you want to open a wp-config file then just pressed Ctrl + P and type a file name.
7) Ctrl + R: Goto symbol (Function/ID/Symbol) in a file
If you want to search any specific symbol (function/id) in a file then you can use this shortcut.
As shown in above screenshot, if you will press Ctrl + R then sublime text immediately open search box starting with @ sign and also it will list all the symbol in the list. Press Esc to close this search.
8) Ctrl + G: Goto line in current file
This is a common and helpful shortcut for any developer to go to the specific line.
As shown in above screenshot press Ctrl + G and type a number to go to the specific line.
9) Ctrl + /: Comment/un-comment current line / multiple lines
Commenting the code is the best thing a developer can do. By this command, you can comment the code. It will comment the code using forward slashes.
10) Ctrl + Shift + /: Block comment current selection
By this command, you can block comment a currently selected code. This command will comment the code using /* and */
